Well, Friday is a good place to start. That day, seniors got out of school very early so that they can take care of prom business; hair did, get that tux/dress, etc. etc. i thought i'd just sleep the afternoon away and get ready for things an hour before... but boy was i wrong. I had to make an emrgency color switch on my tux b/c the color i had before wouldn't look right with my date's dress... damn that was a drive (and a 20 buck burn). Then i got some flowers, a haircut, and things for the weekend... somehow that led up to exactly an hour before...so much for a nap. So i got dressed, fresh to death!! let me tell you... parents were so happy and excited to see me. They took a lifetime's worth of pictures and must have made a thosand suggestions about how i was dressed... and i was like 'STAND DOWN!!' Somehow, i fled my house and made my way to my dates house where we took more damn pictures, FUN. Then we finally got to where the limo was and met up with 4 others, who were lookin' very good. We got in the limo, and head towards west bumble where the prom was...the villa bianca. That place was hot!! people were dressed to kill, the food was suprisingly good... the only problem was the dj. He does not know how to mix music at all. Plus he decided to play all of the good music, when we were eating!! WTF? that's okay tho, ill put my best effort to dance to anything. All i could do was dance the hell out of a two step. I mean, that's all i could do, lol... my date... Anyway, the real SHYTTER of the night was when they announced prom king/ queen. This year was a little different. We picked the people out of a hat!! we didn't want anybody's feelings to be hurt.... exciting huh? oooo it gets better... the prom king and prince got fitted whack-assed hats with those plastic look alike gems glued on, instead of crowns. And the big finale was when they picked the king. NOW, i don't have a problem with the queen or king, i love them to death, but when they called his name, there was nothing but a quick 'woo' then silence. LIKE SOMETHING directly out of a movie. 5... no no 10 points for the underdogs, and a special 'G'-unit holla at the new king lol. So after prom, people had a chance to change into somethng comfortable, and get ready for post prom!! THAT'S WHERE THE PARTY WAS!! The dj was on point, there were tons of prizes to win, there were so many fun games to play, i wish we can do it again...
So after all of that, i went to a friends house where a shitload of others were sleeping over. Saturday comes, time for camping!! we left for the camp site at around 100 and got there about an hour and a half later. DAMN THERE WERE HICKS FOR DAYS!!! we were DEF. in hick country. and the vibe that the group was getting wasn't friendly. we first tried to go on a hike of the camp site, that didn't go too well. we freed a fish from a trap and like five minutes later the guy came over and threatened us... we continued the trip and ran into a rabid viscious dog named 'tally' crazy assed dog. damn near bit my friends hand off!! The next two days were pretty much the same, chillin' out, playin games, we went rafting down a river, that was fun... oh and bingo!!! that was an experience. we would play and people would be burpin' and fartin' like they were in their own house (correction: trailer). Then when they announcer called 'O 69' oooo how they went nuts. even the kids were hootin' and hollerin'. i was like, INCEST!! nast. so then we left on monday, cruisin down the highway n' shyt. i got back in time for the parade, GREAT. that a blew like always. then i just spent the rest of the day sleeping on things soft ie. bed... BOY YOU DON'T KNOW HOW GOOD A BED FEELS UNTIL YOU HAVE SLEPT ON THE GROUND FOR 2 DAYS!!
